Our Work
Th3rdcurve was brought in to support the UK Government on its COVID-19 testing programme. In response to the pandemic, we were engaged to lead the project management, PMO and controls for the design and build of the UK’s first megalab.
Some of the most critical and ambitious projects were launched as a response to the global COVID-19 pandemic. A new platform had to be deployed, meeting the highest standards in terms of security, performance, accessibility, reliability, disaster recovery and 24/7 support.
A transformational project. Together we’ve streamlined the way projects are managed with integrated governance and change management, optimising the way decisions are made with a focus on data quality.
We established an award-winning, best-in-class solution that supported the
delivery of Tideway. Being the first funding method of its kind presented important challenges from a project controls perspective to secure and maintain confidence with investors.
London’s Victoria line was the first new deep Tube line to be built since the early 1900s and the first automatic railway in the world. Modernising this historical achievement was one of the most critical and complex projects in Transport for London’s Investment Programme.
Our principal design ethos combined structured yet flexible governance that was aligned to NR corporate standards and underpinned by a breadth of integrated project and programme data sets.
HS2 is not a simple programme, we have worked on many rail and transportation programmes, this represented some of
the most challenging requirements and constraints we’ve faced.
The diverse nature of the programme required a PMO with strong integrated project controls and reporting capability to set the standard for project delivery to provide visibility of progress.
